NAC International Inc. Welcomes Keith Brookshire to the NAC Team as Vice President, Finance & Administration

Effective, Thursday, June 4, 2015, Keith Brookshire joined NAC as Vice President, Finance & Administration. In Mr. Brookshire’s new role, he will serve as Treasurer and a key member of the executive management team, reporting to NAC President and CEO, Kent Cole. Mr. Brookshire will be responsible for the overall management of the financial and administrative related activities of the Company.
Mr. Brookshire joined NAC from Chainalytics, a $25M global consulting and technology firm based out of Atlanta, Georgia, where he most recently served as Vice President, Finance and Administration. In this role, Mr. Brookshire served as the top financial executive for the company and managed all aspects of the Accounting and Finance operations as well as the Human Resources, Sales Operations, Contract Management and Office Administration functions. During Mr. Brookshire’s tenure at Chainalytics, he was instrumental in several acquisitions as the company expanded into six countries. Prior to Chainalytics, Mr. Brookshire was employed by Omnilink Systems as a Controller for their corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he was responsible for the day to day operations of the Accounting department.
Mr. Brookshire holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Berry College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
